Qualifications:
- Have experience in maintenance and/or groundskeeping; landscaping experience is a plus.
- Works well individually or as part of a team
- Available to work some weekends a year.
- Great communication skills.
- Must live within driving distance of Bethany Hills and have own transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
- Provide references upon request.
Job Description:
Oversee and perform general maintenance and upkeep of the campus grounds and facilities. Including but not limited to:
- Lawn care.
- Brush & Trail clearing.
- Splitting/stacking firewood.
- Emptying trash cans/picking up litter.
- General building maintenance and upkeep.
- Stocking paper goods.
- Painting exterior/ interior buildings.
- Washing exterior windows.
- Pressure washing buildings.
- Act as a representative of Bethany Hills, coordinate with outside contractors during maintenance and building projects.
